Secondary-air issues plaguing your supercharged Audi 3.0T? This billet SAI block-off kit allows removal of the secondary-air injection system, including hoses, valves and pump, when paired with the proper tuning. The result is a cleaner engine bay, easier service access and fewer brittle SAI components left in the way.

These plates are specifically engineered for the EA837 3.0T platform. They are not generic block-off plates that require grinding or reshaping to fit correctly.

WHY DELETE THE SAI HARDWARE?

  • Improves serviceability around the PCV area and rear timing covers
  • Helps eliminate common SAI flow faults associated with the secondary-air system
  • Removes brittle SAI pipes that can break during carbon cleaning, PCV, thermostat or water-pump service
  • Improves access to rear-engine components including oxygen-sensor connectors, oil-filter housing and surrounding hardware
  • Cleaner engine bay with unnecessary secondary-air plumbing removed

If your car is Jackal tuned, the SAI system can be coded out so the delete does not leave you with a CEL, and Jackal can handle that coding free of charge. Contact Jackal for the calibration change associated with your setup.

INSTALLATION NOTES

We recommend leaving the SAI solenoids installed and electrically connected to help limit faults. Install the supplied vacuum caps on the top port of each solenoid during installation.

Proper tuning is required to prevent a check-engine light.
