Refund policy

NEXT GEAR FABRICATION RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Due to the specialized and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final except in the limited circumstances described below.

CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged. If Next Gear Fabrication makes an error and the product is not manufactured according to the specifications agreed upon for your order, please contact us so we can make it right.

FITMENT

Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle fitment before ordering. Product listings identify applicable vehicles, engines, model years, and known exclusions where appropriate. A product ordered for an incompatible vehicle is not eligible for return when the applicable fitment information was accurately stated on the product page.

If Next Gear Fabrication provided incorrect fitment information or shipped a product different from what was ordered, please contact us.

USED OR INSTALLED PRODUCTS

Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged, cut, altered, or otherwise changed from their original condition cannot be returned.

APPROVED RETURNS

Returns outside the circumstances above may occasionally be authorized by Next Gear Fabrication on a case-by-case basis. Authorization must be obtained before sending any product back.

Unless the return is the result of an error by Next Gear Fabrication, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Approved discretionary returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

REFUNDS

When a return has been authorized, refunds are processed only after the item has been received and inspected by Next Gear Fabrication. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from our error.

CANCELLATIONS

Non-custom orders may be cancelled within one hour of purchase, provided the order has not already entered production or shipped.

Custom, personalized, engraved, or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once the order has been placed because materials and production planning may begin immediately.
